After your session, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images. Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll complete the final edits and deliver your finished images in a downloadable online gallery. Choose outfits that feel like you and give us a little variety throughout your session. I recommend bringing a mix of casual and dressier options, along with anything that reflects your personality or interests.
Once you’re booked, I’ll help with outfit planning so your clothing works beautifully with your locations and the overall look you want for your photos.
Professional hair and makeup aren’t required, but they can be a fun way to feel a little extra polished and confident for your senior photos.
Professional makeup can be added to your session and takes place at the studio before we head out for photos. Plan for approximately 30–45 minutes for makeup before your session begins.
We'll choose locations together based on your personality, outfits and the look you want for your photos. I have plenty of favorite locations around the Manhattan area, from natural settings to more urban backdrops, and I'll help you find the right fit.
Senior sessions typically last 1–2 hours, depending on the number of locations and outfit changes included in your session.
Absolutely! Sports equipment, musical instruments, books, uniforms or other meaningful items are a great way to personalize your senior session and showcase the things you love.
We’ll talk about anything you’d like to include during the planning process so we can incorporate it naturally into your photos.
Absolutely! Most parents stay and are great at helping with outfit changes, hair checks and moral support. If having an audience makes you a little nervous, that's okay too. We'll do whatever helps you feel the most comfortable and confident during your session.
I recommend booking your senior session 2–4 months in advance, especially if you’re hoping for a summer or fall date. Many seniors schedule their photos during the summer before senior year or early that fall, and those dates tend to fill quickly.
If you plan to submit one of your senior photos to the yearbook, be sure to check your school’s yearbook deadline before scheduling so we have plenty of time for your session and final images.
You'll receive a proof gallery shortly after your session to choose your favorite images. Once you've made your selections, I'll complete the final edits and deliver your finished gallery within two weeks.
